Newt Gingrich and Bill O'Reilly call for mandatory drug testing for all citizens

Not only would the testing be mandatory, as it is in Singapore where it is illegal to refuse a drug test from a police officer and where drug trafficking carries a death sentence. It seems like in the video they mean even more than that. It seems like they just want everyone tested.

    I just watched the Bill O’Reilly/Newt Gingrich video and they never suggested mandatory drug testing. The closest they came to that is when Newt said mandatory rehab for users. Listen again.
